Shipping Policy

A minimum order of 3 cartons and a $300 minimum value is required to qualify for free metro freight delivery.

Shipping costs are based on your state and suburb.

Rates vary by region; remote/rural areas may differ.

Delivery is within Australia only, via refrigerated/frozen vehicles meeting food safety standards.

GST applies to all shipping charges.

If no one is available to receive delivery, the order will be returned to the cold store for next-day redelivery (fees apply).

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, not on weekends/public holidays.

Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM for next-day delivery (metro only).

Friday 10:00 AM cutoff for Monday delivery. Orders after that are delivered Tuesday.

Use the “Instructions” field at checkout for specific delivery needs.

For Northern Territory, POA (“Price on Application”) applies to freight.

Free freight is available to metro customers and regional customers’ metro depots (forwarding is at customer’s cost).

Pricing Policy

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Prices are updated daily or hourly, reflecting livestock market fluctuations and global demand.

All major credit cards are accepted, including Amex (1% surcharge for Amex).

Refund Policy

No returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or mishandled storage.

Products must be stored cold or frozen immediately on receipt.

Contact customer service within 48 hours for order issues; later claims may not be honored.

Approved returns must be in original cartons, kept under cold storage.

Shelf life may vary by brand. Always inspect orders and store them correctly.

It’s your responsibility to follow storage guidance (usually printed on cartons).

Final charges are based on actual product weight.

Failed card payments hold the order until resolved.

Direct debit is available (0–7 day terms). Forms are on the website or via request.

Notify Meat Online if changing banks. New forms must be submitted.

Failed direct debit payments incur a $10 fee and must be resolved within 24 hours.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours may incur a 10% restocking fee.
